Ordering your Tyres
It is necessary that you know your required tyre size, this information is indicated on the wall of each of your tyres and consists of four parameters.
- The Width
- The Profile
- The Diameter
- The Speed Rating
Each of these values can be seen in the image below. When ordering tyres we need you to provide this information to ensure you receive the correct tyre for your vehicle.
Tyre Sizes Explained
The Width
The width of the tyre is the distance fom the outside of the tyre to the inside of the tyre measured across the tread.
The Profile
The profile of the tyre is the height of the wall of the tyre, this is a percentage of the tread width.
The Diameter
The diameter is a reference to the size of the wheel the tyre has been designed for.
The Speed Rating
The speed rating identifies the maximum speed in which the tyre is designed to travel safely.
